Easy Order Tracking on Merchandise
It is simpler to track your merchandise orders now! A new order status has been added to keep you updated on your shipments. For select orders, you'll now receive a direct tracking link so you can easily check the real-time status of your delivery. This means quicker and more convenient shipment updates, all at your fingertips!
2. Salesforce Authentication Integration
We’ve implemented Salesforce authentication to enhance system security and streamline API communication. This feature allows the storage of access and refresh tokens and includes a mechanism to automatically refresh the access token before making Salesforce API calls. This ensures seamless, uninterrupted access to Salesforce data, enhancing overall performance and security.
3. Enhancing the Checkout Experience with Cross-Currency Insights
We've improved the checkout process by adding notifications for cross-currency transactions. Users with a lower point balance than needed for a specific currency will be notified to complete the remaining amount with points or alternative payment methods.
4. Access Airport Lounges with Ease!
Lounge Passes are now available for all major airports on the Plum marketplace. You can purchase lounge access based on your flight departure date and preferred lounge by redeeming reward points. Enjoy a comfortable and premium pre-flight experience with seamless booking—making travel more convenient and rewarding.
