The user has to visit stores.xoxoday.com to redeem the code.

Note: Users can redeem Xoxo code through Guest Checkout. You don't have to login or signup.

Things to Remember:

✅ Xoxo code can be used within the validity period only.
✅ Partial redemptions for Xoxo codes are allowed and it can be used until the code balance is exhausted.
✅ You can choose multiple codes (Up to 10 Xoxo code in a single transaction) to order as long as the amount does not exceed your Xoxo codes Balance.

We regret to inform you that the Xoxo code cannot be exchanged for cash. If you face a code error, kindly share with us the screenshot of the code and the error at [email protected] and we will get this issue resolved in the next 24 hours.

How to redeem Xoxo code

On receiving the reward email, click on "Redeem Now" as shown below. You will be redirected to our marketplace where you can consume the code.

Choose any gift vouchers or search your favourite brand from 30+ categories, 21,000+ branded options and click on "Add to Cart".

Visit the cart or click on "Go to Cart" and click on "Checkout Now".

Enter your name, email, dialing code, and phone number. An OTP will also be sent to the mobile number provided before continuing with the purchase.

Add the code under "Have Xoxo Code?" and click on Apply. You can apply a maximum of 10 codes for 1 order.

You can also pay the excess amount by Credit/Debit cards or Net Banking.

You’ll receive an order delivery email with the necessary details.

Xoxo Points

Upon registration, you will be receiving mail from Xoxoday to set up your account as shown below.

Click on "SETUP YOUR ACCOUNT", you will be asked to set a password.

Log into your account after setting the new password.
Your reward points balance is shown at the top right corner of the page or under “Xoxo Points” in the profile icon.
Choose any gift vouchers, etc from 30+ categories.

Click on “Add to cart” on the selected brand.

Once you add the product to your card, "Add to cart" button will show the "Go to Cart" option making the journey simple. You can click on the "Go to Cart" button.

You can also "Go to cart" by clicking on the cart icon on the top right corner beside the profile.

Click on "Checkout Now" to move to the check-out page

Enter your name, email, dialing code, and phone number. An OTP will also be sent to the mobile number provided before continuing with the purchase.

The user will be able to see the point balance and ask if he wants to use the points for the order payment.

Xoxo Link

Here's how to redeem Xoxo Link

Click "Redeem Now" when you get the email about the reward. You'll be taken to a page where all of your vouchers are listed.

Pick the brand you like the most. You will be given the option of collecting the voucher. You just need to click "Collect the voucher" and get the code.

Put in your info, either email address or phone number if asked to get vouchers. For verification purposes, you'll be asked to enter the OTP.

You can also choose other gift cards by clicking on the cross. This will take you back to the previous page so you can use another gift card.

Once you have the code, you can copy it or click the "Send me a copy" button to have it sent to your email or phone number.

If you don’t like the above option and would like to redeem XoxoCode, follow the below instructions:

At the bottom left of the landing page, click on "XoxoCode". You'll be redirected to a new landing page.

Click "Collect voucher" button, and if asked, enter the one-time password (OTP) that will be sent to your email or phone number for verification.

The code will be generated instantaneously, and an email will be sent with the voucher code.

Login to your Darwinbox account.
Under “My Access”, click on the “Recognition” tile.
Within the “Recognition Overview”, you check your accumulated reward points balance.
Click “Redeem”.
You will now be redirected to the Plum Storefront via single sign-on.
You can check your points balance in the top right corner of the page.
Choose any experience, gift vouchers, etc from 30+ categories based on your location.
Click on “Add to cart” on the selected option.

Now, click “Redeem” and with a single sign-on, you will now be redirected to the Plum Storefront.

How to redeem Mastercard/Virtual Visa Card using XoxoCode/XoxoPoints

To redeem your Mastercard/Virtual Visa Card, follow these steps below:

Visit https://stores.xoxoday.com/.
Select the Product of your choice and choose the “Guest Checkout” option on the landing page.
Enter a valid email id to proceed as a guest user.
You will be successfully able to place an order by choosing the Guest Checkout option.
Mention your name, email, dialing code, and phone number. An OTP will be sent to the mobile number provided before continuing with the purchase.
Select the option to use available Xoxo points for the purchase.
If you have a Xoxo gift card, add the gift card code and click on “Apply”.
You can also pay the excess amount by selecting the option to pay via “Credit Card” and choose the card of your choice.
Click on “Pay Now” to continue with the payment mode selected.

Can I redeem Xoxo points/vouchers for cash?

No, you cannot redeem Xoxo points/vouchers for cash.

Can xoxo Points and Code/codes be used simultaneously for a single Transaction?

Yes, both points and codes can be used for a single transaction.
