Launch of Points API

Reminder Email For Clients

This feature aims to send periodically reminders to all end users who have active rewards waiting to be redeemed.

It empowers clients with automated reminder emails ensuring better success rates of campaigns being run by the clients and that the rewards are redeemed by the intended recipients.

Introducing Payment Report API

Reward API customers can now fetch the entire transaction history of an account. Transaction history data includes information on fund additions, deductions and refunds. This will help integrate with reporting tools and assist finance team during the monthly reconciliation process.

Standardizing Order Delivery Status Events in Webhooks

Currently, Reward API customers have the option to select "Delivered" or "Cancelled" events for an order delivery. With our new update, Order Delivery Status events will be standardized. These events will be enabled by default if the Webhook Status is enabled. We will send all events related to Order Delivery Status to the Callback URL listed.

Order Delivery Status Events to Now Include Refund Information

We have enhanced the webhook functionality by including refund information in the payload. Along with "Delivered" and "Cancelled" status events, we'll now include a 'refundStatus': 'Refunded' key in the payload. This event will be posted only when a refund is successfully added to the admin wallet.

Notifications if Webhook Status is disabled

Admins can now get notified if the Webhook status is auto disabled if the Callback URL is not functioning, which will allow them to check the URL status and take further actions to rectify the issues. Immediate actions taken to rectify the URL will help users to receive the Order delivery status change events that they are dependent on to take actions related to order delivery in their user journey.

Upcoming Features

IP whitelisting via Admin Dashboard

Super admins will be able to add / update and delete the IPs from the Admin Dashboard to access the APIs and avoid the manual process.

Merchandise via Xoxo Links

Admins will be able directly send a selection of merchandise for the users to choose from that will be delivered to the end users address.

New improved DIY flow

The upcoming new DIY flow simplifies the process of creating an account and getting started with sending rewards. There is no separate business activation as it has been integrated as a part of the send rewards flow.

Enhanced Email Capabilities

Admins will be able to format, add links in the messages and add a personal footer sent to the end users with the new email editing capabilities. They will also be able to set templates as default such that they do not have to make changes every time they login.

Minimum Balance Notifications

To ensure smooth redemption of rewards, we will have automated notifications to the admins ensuring there is sufficient balance in the wallet for redemption.

Enhancements in Reward API Reports

Super admins can now know which super admin / admin has sent the rewards. This helps the users to have visibility in their operations and reconciliation process.

Track Order in Marketplace

Users in the marketplace will now track their orders by providing necessary information. They can view order details, check the order status, and access other relevant information.

Enabling WhatsApp for Verification Process

We are introducing WhatsApp as a secondary channel for delivering verification OTP messages to users. This addition aims to enhance delivery rates, expand coverage across various regions, and optimize costs.
