- Email and SMS Activity in Rewards API Reports
We’ve added Email and SMS activity tracking to the Rewards API Reports, enabling you to monitor and analyze the communication activities related to rewards distribution.

Admins can customize the rewards and prizes, allowing users to redeem their points for a chance to win. This feature adds a fun, interactive layer to the reward process, making it more engaging and enjoyable for users to earn and claim rewards.
⭐ Airmiles Point Exchange on the Marketplace
Airmiles Point Exchange is coming to the marketplace, allowing you to redeem reward points or codes for miles with major airlines worldwide. This feature will support all leading airlines and miles programs, turning rewards into travel opportunities.
⭐ Benefits & Offer Marketplace
A new Benefit & Offer Marketplace is on its way, designed to enhance reward programs focused on user engagement. Featuring popular deals, discounted products, and gift cards, it will support purchases with or without points redemption. It is ideal for clients in FMCG, consumer, and employee domains to drive more effective reward engagement.
