1. Flight Booking Functionality
We’re excited to announce that flight booking functionality is now live on the Plum Storefront!
With this update, users can seamlessly book flights using their reward points and codes making travel more accessible and rewarding. This enhancement expands the redemption options, offering greater flexibility and convenience for users looking to maximize their rewards.

2. Dynamic Currency Conversion for Points
We’ve introduced an enhancement to improve currency conversion when users transfer points across regions.
- Hover Functionality: Users can now hover over their points balance to see the equivalent value in local currency.
- Real-Time Conversion: Points value updates automatically when switching regions, reflecting the latest exchange rates.
- Seamless Checkout: Users can use points based on their local currency without needing to understand the full currency conversion, streamlining the purchasing process.
Benefit: This ensures smoother, region-specific point redemption without confusion.

3. Personalize Reward Emails with Recipient Names
We’ve made it easier to personalize reward emails! A new "Name" field has been added when sending rewards to individual recipients or through bulk uploads in Gift Card section. This allows you to include the recipient's name in the email. The email will greet the recipient with "Hi" if no name is provided.

4. Payment & Wallet Notification for Super Admins
To improve visibility and ensure smooth operations, we’ve enhanced the payment and wallet notification system:
Fund Addition Notification: All super admins will receive an email notification whenever funds are successfully added.
Low Balance Notification: If the wallet balance drops below the threshold set by a super admin, an email notification will be sent to all super admins, including the account name.
This ensures that all super admins are notified promptly about fund additions and low balances, streamlining the fund allocation process.

5. Order Fulfilment Notifications
Previously, users could not know when their pending orders were ready for fulfilment.
What’s New?
- Users will now receive an email notification as soon as their order is successfully fulfilled and ready for delivery.
- This update applies specifically to Storefront orders, ensuring timely communication.
Benefit: Better transparency, reduced uncertainty, and fewer support requests.

6. Expanded Reward Options in Argentina & India
We’re enhancing the reward experience by introducing new redemption options in two regions:
New Gift Card Editions in Argentina: Users in Argentina can now access a wider selection of gift cards, making it easier to redeem rewards that suit their preferences.

New Merchandise Category for India: Merchandise catalogue has expanded for India stores, expanding product choices and giving users more variety when selecting rewards.

Benefit: These updates provide more flexibility, better accessibility, and an improved shopping experience for users in both regions.
7. Tag Filter for Order History API (STO-27744)
We’ve added support for Tag Filtering in the orderHistory API, making it easier to manage and retrieve order data.
What’s New?
Users can now filter and view orders based on specific tags.
This improves searchability and helps organize order history more efficiently.
Benefit: Saves time by streamlining order tracking and data management.

- Charity Category on Marketplace: The Marketplace will add a new category for charitable donations, allowing users to support causes they care about.
- Customize Catalog in Campaigns in Rewards API: The Rewards API will allow you to customize the reward catalog in campaigns, offering a more personalized and tailored selection for your users.
- Email Triggers for Merchandise Status & Tracking: Automated emails will notify you about the status and tracking of your merchandise, keeping you updated at every step.
- WhatsApp for Reward Messages: Soon, you be able to send rewards via WhatsApp, providing faster and more convenient communication.
